If you contact me through the contact form or by email, I process the information you provide: name, email address, message content and professional details needed to respond to your inquiry.

If you sign up for the free guide and the Bottlepost newsletter, I process your email address, along with the fact and time of your subscription.

Purpose and legal basis

For inquiries, the purpose is to prepare proposals and discuss possible collaborations. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest in managing business correspondence.

For the newsletter, the purpose is sending you the free guide and the Bottlepost newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, given at signup, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to me.

Retention

Inquiry-related correspondence is kept for up to 12 months, unless a collaboration starts, a legal obligation requires longer retention, or the data is needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Newsletter-related data is processed until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

External services

This is a static website with no own analytics and no online payment. The following external providers act as data processors:

Web3Forms (contact form): messages sent through the form are delivered to my email address by Web3Forms. Privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy

MailerLite (newsletter and free guide): subscriber email addresses are stored in MailerLite, which also sends the emails. Privacy policy: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy

Google reCAPTCHA (form protection): loaded only when you actually use the signup form, to filter out abuse and bot signups. It is not active while simply browsing the site. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery): serves the website and provides technical protection. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Fonts are self-hosted; the site does not use Google Fonts. Instagram links lead to an external website.

Cookies

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for secure operation (strictly necessary category). Google reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you actually use the signup form, at which point Google may set cookies. If Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other tracking tools are added later, this notice and cookie handling should be updated.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. You can send your request by email.
